Matcha Chia Pudding

Did you know that green tea aka Matcha supports our natural detox pathways and therefore our hormonal balance? It also has the added benefit of being rich in polyphenols that supports our gut microbiome! Combined with gut loving kefir and healthy fats, this is such a lovely fertility supporting breakfast! Ready in less than ten minutes, its a great one to make when you're out of ideas - using kefir rather than milk really helps speed up the setting process.

INGREDIENTS - per serving
3 Tbsp whole chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
150ml kefir - I used Biotiful strawberry kefir for some added sweetness or you could add 1/2 tbsp maple syrup if you use a plain kefir
Toppings - Greek yoghurt, berries, flaked almonds or anything you fancy!
METHOD
Add your chia, matcha and kefir to a glass jar and mix this well. Pop this in the fridge for 10 minutes whilst it sets. When ready, add your toppings and enjoy!
